Square Nail

Tracy and I did a the Nevada Derby 50 mile ride by Pyramid Lake in Nevada. I had the chance to ride Stuart Porter's horse Jake. This was a really tough ride, though it didn't have too much elevation change. We had the chance to ride around the old Winnemucca Ranch, which was in a beautiful isolated valley.

Jake wore 4 EasyBoot Bares (#2 on the front and #1 on the back) with thick comfort pads. He is a real gentleman and truly a great sound horse. We finished the ride in about nine and a half hours.
